In order to be retained as a member of the network, we have to comply with Bosch’s Code of Practice and we are regularly assessed on the quality of our work and standard of service provided to our customers. In addition, we are required to meet all legal requirements, especially those relating to trading standards, health and safety, environmental protection and employment.
